Our Methodology

Not only is our overall approach unique, but so too is our methodology. Based on the learning methodology of “visualisation”, our team achieves a level of interaction and learning rarely seen in the construction industry. Construction personnel can find the classroom an onerous place to operate, so our facilitated workshops have been designed to alleviate these issues – creating a productive environment, delivered at a pace that is comfortable and challenging for the audience.

We use our proven approach that aims to overcome typical training problems by:

• Thorough preparation and planning prior to each session;
• Managing the process precisely and demonstrating progress;
• Encouraging all participants to contribute;
• Managing emotion and preventing arguments but getting the real
issues on the table;
• Preventing hidden agendas and meeting hijacks;
• Gaining commitment from participants in an open forum; and
• Using low level technology but highly visual aids.

A Safety Culture Sustained by You

The Topflight business philosophy is that safety culture development should not be dependent on an external consultancy. Our commitment is to work with organisations that have identified the need for change and seriously want to mature.

Our services are structured to assist companies or projects take control of their own safety culture, with the Topflight team guiding development to the point where the safety culture becomes self-sustainable. As such, the Topflight team do not enter into licenses or restrictive long term contracts - your safety culture is yours.
